FAQ

Shipping:

Saskatchewan is $18, the rest of Canada is $20. 
Free shipping over $125 before taxes. 
Be sure to include a physical address if you have one as well as your box number. Some shipment will be through Canada Post. Some might be through a courier (they won’t deliver to box numbers).  

International Customers:  

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by you when the package arrives. Refusing to pay duties will not qualify for a refund. 

 

Local Pickup: 

Once order is ready for pickup, you will receive notification with instructions.  We are a home based business in Normanview West Regina, last minute pickups aren't always possible. All pickups must be arranged in advance, at least a days notice is highly recommended.  If we are at home working, same day pickup is possible, but not guaranteed.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days (or other arrangements made).  Items not picked up will be discarded or donated
